Tell it like it is

Unlike other holiday companies we publish "Your View" scores on our accommodation. Every customer on a Thomson holiday is asked to fill in a satisfaction questionnaire on their return flight. All questionnaires are analysed by an independent market research company to give an honest picture of exactly what you think - good or bad. So help us keep our information accurate by completing one at the end of your holiday.

Gold Medals

Some accommodation carries our coveted Gold Medal. This is awarded by you through our satisfaction questionnaire. Gold Medals are awarded annually so the winners, judged by you, are well worth considering.

ATOL

Selected air holidays and flights are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL 2524. ATOL Protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom.
